Brian Wolfe has devoted his career to the construction industry and is largely responsible for TRICO's reputation and position in today's marketplace.  Brian's vast experience, coupled with his Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Master of Business degrees, enables him to offer unique perspectives and strategies resulting in extraordinary results for our customers.  He truly believes in sharing the rewards of success with the entire team and has earned a loyal following of employees, subcontractors, suppliers and customers.  Working with Brian, you can expect honest talk, innovative solutions, and confidence that he will deliver on his promises.

Bruce Berglin

Bruce has spent his entire career in the engineering and construction industry.  Bruce's vision and leadership has expanded TRICO's reputation into the building arena.  His grit and people skills enable him to form and inspire work teams that consistently and successfully deliver on the most challenging projects.  A forward thinker, Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. His success largely stems from his "can do" attitude and ability to offer solutions ahead of problems. He is highly regarded in the food processing and light industrial arenas for delivering fast-track design-build projects.  With Bruce on your team, your only surprises will be pleasant ones.  And you can count on your facility being in full production as scheduled.

Michelle Hurteau

Michelle Hurteau has spent the majority of her career as an executive and management consultant in the areas of leadership, change management and organizational effectiveness. With a passion for people and business, she's had a track record of excellence partnering with clients to take their personal, team and company performance to the next level. Michelle joined TRICO, a long-time and favorite client, in 2014. She is responsible for strategy execution and the company's business operations. Michelle started her career as a CPA with Deloitte and is a graduate of Seattle University's Albers School of Business and Economics. With Michelle a part of TRICO's leadership, you can count on collaborating with highly engaged people and a results-oriented company.

Brad Phillips

Brad Phillips has a passion for detail and processes, which has served him well during his career in the construction industry. After earning a degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington, he has a great deal of experience in large-scale industrial, technology, medical, data centers, retail, restaurants and tenant improvements, including several landmark projects in the greater Seattle area, which enables him to provide invaluable construction expertise. Brad is thorough, honest and direct, which is an advantage to anyone he interacts with. He is adept at listening and ensuring his team has the tools necessary to meet our customer's needs. When issues arise, Brad will let you know immediately and you will be provided with several solutions.

 

Nate Wolfe

Nate literally grew up in the construction industry and truly understands all aspects of the trades. Nate's diverse capabilities and attention to detail add tremendous value to TRICO's project delivery.  After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Geoscience, his determination and resolve enabled him to quickly climb the construction ladder - from laborer to operator, foreman, superintendent and manager overseeing multi-million dollar projects.  Nate's ability to understand challenges and offer sound solutions earns the confidence of his customers and respect of his peers.  His honest, team-oriented approach makes him an effective leader for any project.  With Nate's involvement, you have an advocate who will do whatever it takes to assure your project's success.
