Confidential Client Office Tenant Improvements
This tenant improvement transformed an empty shell within an older building into a modern, welcoming space for future tenants. Scope of work included new carpet tile, a reconfigured layout with an ADA-compliant restroom, break room, conference room, and three private offices. Updated lighting and IT/data infrastructure completed the refresh. Original exposed concrete elements were retained, adding subtle industrial character to the clean, contemporary design.
