Port of Edmonds Harbor Square Atrium Replacement
This project involved the demolition of three corner-unit atrium skylights in an existing commercial office building. The failing skylights were replaced with durable standing seam metal roofs and new storefront windows, paired with refreshed interior finishes and upgraded electrical systems, including new wiring and lighting. Delivered ahead of schedule and on budget, the work enhances tenant comfort while providing long-term protection against water intrusion.
