Skagit County Prosecutor Office TI

In collaboration with Skagit County, TRICO delivered a comprehensive tenant improvement and renovation of an existing third-floor crime lab within the Administration Building for the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. The work included demolition and removal of approximately 90% of existing walls and ceilings, complete rework of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and construction of fifty-six new private offices, four conference rooms, three break rooms, lobby, and six updated restrooms—creating a modern, functional workplace tailored to the operational needs of a high-volume public agency. The new environment provides prosecutors and support staff with improved privacy, collaboration spaces, and efficient workflows, supporting confidential case work, team coordination, and public interaction. For Skagit County, the project maximizes the use of an existing asset, extends the life of the building, and delivers a flexible, long-term workspace for public service.
