Margaret brings a people first mindset to TRICO. She believes HR is a customer service profession, focused on supporting employees, strengthening culture, and helping teams thrive.
Margaret builds strong foundations by fostering engagement, encouraging growth, and ensuring our people have what they need to succeed. Beyond TRICO, she serves as YMCA Board Chair, NCTA General Advisory Board Member, and NCTA Core Plus Construction Advisory Board Member. As a Birkman certified professional, she often speaks in color and brings clarity to how teams work best together. Recently, she also stepped into the role of safety administrator and joined TRICO’s leadership team.
