For Jessica, safety starts with planning ahead and identifying risks before work begins and that’s exactly how she approaches her role every day.
Jessica helps keep project teams organized, communicates clearly, and stays on top of the details that help work move safely and efficiently. She jumped right in by joining the Safety Committee after she was hired and continues to look for ways to learn, contribute, and strengthen her safety mindset. Her willingness to step up and support our safety efforts is a great example of what it means to be all-in.
