Skagit Transit ADA Restroom Remodel
Renovations to existing breakroom to ADA compliant restroom facility designed to better support bus drivers throughout their workday. The scope included selective demolition, new framing, GWB, tile wainscot, paint, plumbing, electrical and mechanical improvements, updated restroom fixtures and accessories, lighting, ventilation, and construction of a separation wall between the restroom and adjacent electrical room. To accommodate the existing site conditions without disturbing the concrete slab, the team incorporated a macerating pump toilet system as a practical and efficient solution.
