Over the years he has expanded into Superintendent and Project Manager roles focusing on concrete construction, estimating, buyout, scheduling, subcontractor relations, and safety.

Todd has over 10 years’ experience in civil construction and project management including civil design on the Alaskan Way Viaduct Replacement Program and management of Sound Transit expansion projects.
