Congratulations 2023 CITC Carpentry Apprentice Graduates

TRICO celebrates Carson Phillips, Blaine Storms, and Aaron Macauley who recently graduated from the Construction Industry Training Council of America (CITC) four-year Carpenter Apprentice Program.Carpenters make up the largest building trade occupation in the industry. The CITC four-year program prepares carpenters for residential and commercial work such as constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood, metal, concrete, and other materials. TRICO’s “Become More” provides our employees with a paid opportunity to become a Journeyman Carpenter.

TRICO’s Savannah Phillips Graduates from EDASC’s Leadership Skagit

Savannah Phillips, Project Engineer, graduates from EDASC Leadership Skagit program. Leadership Skagit is a 9-month program in collaboration with EDASC and Skagit Valley College that focuses on developing leaders within the community. The curriculum includes a team project. Savannah’s team focused on community health, organizing bags filled with basic hygiene items to be placed in food pantries around the county.
