As Safety Committee Chair for the second year in a row and a member of Leadership Skagit, Maddie continues to step forward as a leader. Her positivity is her superpower. She has a natural ability to rally a team, build bonds through humor, and defuse tension when it matters most. She is often our ‘go to’ for testing new software, always ready to learn and help us improve.
