Throughout Women in Construction Week, we are excited to spotlight the talented women at TRICO who keep things moving every single day. They lead, learn, problem solve, and get the work done from planning and coordination to boots on the ground execution.
This year’s theme is Level Up. Build Strong., and we asked the women of TRICO what that means to them. The answers were thoughtful, honest, and very on brand. They show up with grit, accountability, and an all-in attitude, even on the hard days. We are grateful for their contributions to TRICO, to one another, and to the construction industry.
