New Additions to the TRICO Team & Promotion
TRICO hired Mark Kim as Project Manager, Roger Kee as Senior Project Engineer and Olivia Schatz as Office Assistant. Sarah Silvas promoted to Project Coordinator.

Kim has 10 years of experience in commercial construction including office construction and renovations, civil, parking structures, data center, healthcare and mixed-use in the Seattle area. He graduated from University of Washington in 2008 with bachelors’ degrees in construction management and economics.
Kee has almost 25 years of experience in procurement, contract management and construction project support. He is an NROTC graduate of University of Washington and served seven years as a U.S. Navy Supply Corps Officer.
Schatz has prior experience as a Sales Intern at Matsunami Glass USA. She will be graduating this month from Western Washington University with her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on management.
Silvas holds an associate’s degree from Whatcom Community College, and has held a variety of administrative support roles. She continues to serve her local community as a volunteer firefighter and EMT.
