• Description – Division/ Waugh roundabout consisted of building a traffic roundabout in one of the busiest intersections on Mount Vernon hill. The plan was for a full roadway excavation 1.5’ deep from the existing grade and full rebuild with all new materials, all under existing traffic.  This included all new sidewalks, curbs, traffic islands, signage, asphalt paving, concrete paving, storm drainage and landscaping.
