Genie Industries was under pressure to complete a new parking lot before the winter months shut down the asphalt plants. Previously, TRICO had successfully performed numerous projects for Genie and through this relationship, we were selected to work with their architect and engineer in the design and to perform the construction. TRICO’s leadership fostered a collaborative focus with the engineers and owner maximizing the work scope to achieve the project goals within the allotted budget.
