Samish River Dike Repaired by Exceptional Team Effort

We want to give a huge kudos to the amazing teamwork on our recent ’emergency’ Samish River Dike Repair project. The collaborative brainstorming and creative ideas laid the foundation for success. What stands out is the team’s immediate response to challenges, showcasing not just professionalism but a commitment to overcoming obstacles. It’s inspiring to see their resilience and quick thinking.

The team’s dedication, smart planning, quick problem-solving, and flawless execution were the embodiment of “Speed of Delivery”—it was not just the responsive mobilization, but the teamwork, the utilization of our connections with local vendors and the commitment to seeing the work through to completion that we want to celebrate.

Local authorities, emergency response teams, Skagit County Dike District(s), Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, Army Corps of Engineers, and members of the community all contributed. Quick action, great communication, and support from TRICO teams and external vendors led to a successful dike repair, safeguarding our community.
