TRICO is pleased to welcome Aaron Wagenaar as Senior Estimator, a key role supporting the successful acquisition and delivery of construction projects from conceptual pricing through final proposal.
Aaron brings a strong background in efficient and accurate estimating, trade partner engagement, and market awareness across institutional, residential, and commercial construction. He is known for his clear communication, collaborative approach, and ability to align pricing strategies with project goals, helping drive value for both clients and project teams.
Aaron has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Public Relations) from Dordt University. Outside of work, he is active in his community, and he enjoys spending time with family, including camping, mountain biking, hiking, and swimming, and can often be found cheering on his children at their local sporting events.
