At the Port of Edmonds Harbor Square, TRICO’s Service team delivered more than just routine maintenance. We created refreshed, modernized spaces that elevate the tenant experience. By combining necessary upgrades like new roofing and electrical improvements with aesthetic enhancements including storefront windows, brighter interiors, and upgraded lighting, the three atrium corner units now feel revitalized and welcoming. Completed ahead of schedule, the project strengthens the long-term durability of the building while making this waterfront location even more attractive for local businesses.
