Big changes are underway at Skagit Regional Health Family Birth Center!
The first 6 of 21 labor-delivery-postpartum suites have been fully renovated — part of a phased refresh that brings comfort, safety, and modern functionality to this special place where families begin.
Each redesigned room features updated cabinetry, functional layouts, and a more open feel — creating a flexible environment that supports evolving birth center needs while enhancing the experience for moms, babies, and their care teams.
To keep care uninterrupted, we’re renovating two suites at a time—ensuring the Birth Center stays fully operational throughout the project, with completion planned for the end of 2025.
