We recently wrapped up a tenant improvement project that brings a sleek, industrial vibe to the space. Previously an empty shell in an older building, the interior has been thoughtfully transformed with refreshed finishes and a functional layout—creating a modern, welcoming environment for new tenants. The work began with demo of the existing flooring and installation of new carpet tile. We reconfigured the layout to include a new ADA-compliant restroom, added a break room and conference room, and built three private offices. Updated lighting and IT/data infrastructure completed the transformation. Original exposed concrete elements remain, adding a hint of industrial character that offsets the polished new finishes.
