Eddyline Kayaks holds groundbreaking ceremony for their future home. The 35,000 sf metal building was previously used for BMX indoor racing. Dirt will be hauled away making way for a state-of-the-art facility that will provide Eddyline the much-needed space to grow their business. TRICO completes renovation of Clean-Room Manufacturing areas at Crane Aerospace & Electronics. The clean room area was converted from old metal shops, chemical bath, and outdated manufacturing areas. Crane engineers and technicians will enjoy 10,843 sf of newly upgraded ISO 7/8 particle compliant, efficient, super-clean manufacturing areas. New features include entry vestibules for changing into lab coats, electrostatic-dispersal urethane-resin flooring, bright LED lighting, improved HVAC with HEPA filtering and humidification injection system, and custom drop connections to vacuum, compressed air,...

TRICO completes renovation of Engineering Lab (West) at Crane Aerospace & Electronics. The new lab area was converted from cubicles and offices. Crane engineers will enjoy 6,829 square feet of newly upgraded lab area, featuring electrostatic-dispersal tiling, bright LED lighting, improved HVAC, and custom drop connections to vacuum, compressed air and other utilities. This new space is part of a series of upgrade projects TRICO is delivering to Crane Aerospace & Electronics via the highly efficient design-build construction process.

The TRICO Team began finishing touches and final cleaning of the Technical Services, Inc. building last Friday, ahead of schedule.
