Demolition of the existing infrastructure has been completed. TRICO’s Civil team has laid out the groundwork for drainage, electrical, and footings which have been successfully poured by TRICO’s Concrete team. The Progressive Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) new 4,600 sf wildlife hospital that will care for injured and orphaned wild animals is near completion. Recently, the Port of Everett forged a new partnership with PAWS to support marine wildlife in Puget Sound. Renovations have begun on the Sanctuary and Fireside Room of the Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church. Updates include new energy – efficient LED lighting, carpet, paint, stone feature wall and installation of a state-of-the-art audio/visual system.This is a Design-Build project with Carletti Architects providing architectural and interior design services.
