The upstairs track is ready for foot traffic.  The pools are in the final stages of completion with decks being poured, plaster next and water by the end of the month for some splish splashing. On September 22nd, TRICO opened the project gates to all donors of the new Skagit Valley Family YMCA.  YMCA staff held interactive tours showcasing building features including family gymnasium, second level indoor running track, 6 lane lap pool, recreation pool with lazy river, fitness studios and learning kitchen.  Public tours will be held once a month until opening. Checking in on the Skagit Valley YMCA.  Structural steel completed.  Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing over 90% finished.  Permanent power installed.  Pool plumbing being connected.  Gym being painted.  Next up, continued framing of walls, pool plaster and decorative tile finishes, and installation of gym hardwood flooring.
