Renovations have begun on the Sanctuary and Fireside Room of the Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church. Updates include new energy – efficient LED lighting, carpet, paint, stone feature wall and installation of a state-of-the-art audio/visual system.This is a Design-Build project with Carletti Architects providing architectural and interior design services.

TRICO successfully completed three projects for Arlington School District that will dramatically increase the security and service aspects of three schools. These projects were a top priority of a newly voter-approved bond measure and a very important part of the initiative to improve the school facilities in Arlington.Old entry canopies were structurally converted into secure check-in facilities at Eagle Creek and Kent Prairie Elementary schools. TRICO completes remodel of Sno-Isle TECH Skills Center welding shop. Remodel consisted of  demolition and removal of existing concrete masonry partitions, gas piping, and electrical branch circuits. New features include installation of new modular welding booths, reconfiguration of gas piping and electrical, and new office.

After several months of awesome weather, the structure is 100% and we are dried in completely. Accomplishing this has allowed us to move forward with insulation, drywall, and taping in many areas. We are in the home stretch but there is much work still to do. Thanks to a great team of TRICO workers and Subcontractors who have brought us to this point.Up next: site work, exterior envelope, apparatus bay, and interior finishes.

TRICO’s commercial concrete team has completed the foundation footings, stem walls and concrete pads. Utility work around the building is scheduled to be complete the first part of July and the team has begun the framing portion of the job.Kudos to our team for kicking the project off with a bang!
