Working with the Owner through a design-build process, TRICO Team designed and built an exposed timber entryway for the Car Care Clinic in Mount Vernon. This new entryway invites customers to the front door and complements the interior finishes.

TRICO is working with PeaceHealth on a tenant improvement in Bellingham converting a portion of an existing building into a new Primary Care Same Day / Walk-In Care Clinic. HVAC systems have been updated to accommodate the new use with ducting complete. Interior wall framing in process followed by electrical and plumbing rough in then walls and drop in ceilings. The entire space will receive final face lift with floors, millwork, paint, plumbing fixtures, and lighting package.

Exterior siding has been installed. Interior finishes are well underway including paint, drop ceilings, cabinetry, and flooring. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades will follow to set final trim. In a couple weeks, Siemens Healthcare will be on site to place the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT) units.

TRICO completes relocation of sleep monitoring tech office and multiple sleep procedure rooms at PeaceHealth United General Medical Center. Renovations include new hallway door, separation wall, infrastructure for sleep monitoring equipment, and access control devices. Also included are updated floors, mill work, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and fire sprinklers. Renovations were performed to provide staff and patients with updated facilities increasing security by providing an access controlled new space for afterhours care.
