The WSU Greenhouse project at the Washington State University Northwestern Washington Research and Extension Center is complete.
This new facility supports WSU faculty, students, researchers, and agricultural partners as they study plant health, sustainable growing practices, and crops central to the Skagit Valley and Pacific Northwest, including blueberries, spinach, wheat varieties, and more. By expanding WSU’s research capacity, it supports local farmers and producers, strengthens regional agriculture, and keeps innovation connected to the communities it serves.
Thank you to WSU and our local partners who helped make this project possible, Miles Sand and Gravel, LangCo NW, Inc., MTC Testing & Consulting, Inc., Freeland, JTK and HKP Architects. This was a meaningful design-build collaboration, and we’re proud to help create a space that will support the future of farming!
