Improvements include modernizing nine patient recovery rooms, endoscopy, and nursing station. TRICO completes Hilde Family Dentistry. The two-story facility offers dental care on the first floor and 4,000 sf on the second floor ready for future tenant improvements. Through collaborative design-build efforts with architect and Owner, construction took six months from ground breaking to substantial completion. View Project

The slab-on-grade foundation for TRICO’s new 11,500 sf training facility is complete. Concrete tilt-up panels will be formed and poured directly atop the slab, cured and then placed along perimeter. Next, the team will begin erecting the pre-engineered metal building. View project

TRICO completes tenant improvements of nine-exam room outpatient facility at PeaceHealth Fairhaven Plaza Clinic. Improvements include design and construction of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire alarm systems. Final finishes consist of custom mill work, ACT ceiling, oak barn style soft closing doors, luxury vinyl plank and sheet vinyl flooring. Tenant improvements will support PeaceHealth in providing family medicine and same day care to thousands of their neighbors and friends. View Project
