New Additions to the TRICO Team
TRICO Companies, LLC has hired Art Solbakken as Senior Project Manager, Monica Pavlovich as Accounting Manager, Marilou Finberg-Sloan as Accountant, AJ Steen as Project Engineer and Sarah Kircher as Office Assistant.

Art Solbakken has extensive experience in commercial general contracting in Washington, Alaska, Oregon and California using a wide variety of project delivery systems. His background includes owner representation for projects in the Seattle area and eastern Washington, and development management at a major destination master planned resort. He holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of Washington.
Monica Pavlovich is a CPA and has worked in both the private sector and public accounting while maintaining a strong emphasis in construction. She has a bachelor’s degree in business from California State University Monterey Bay.
Marilou Finberg-Sloan has worked with various construction companies from steel erection to tenant improvement over a 20 year career. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from City University.
AJ Steen has spent the past two years in the construction management industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in project management from ITT Technical Institute.
Sarah Kircher has held a variety of administrative support roles. She holds an associate’s degree from Whatcom Community College. She also holds firefighter and EMT certifications and continues to serve her local community as a volunteer firefighter and EMT.
