TRICO’s Savannah Phillips Graduates from EDASC’s Leadership Skagit

Savannah Phillips, Project Engineer, graduates from EDASC Leadership Skagit program. Leadership Skagit is a 9-month program in collaboration with EDASC and Skagit Valley College that focuses on developing leaders within the community. The curriculum includes a team project.
